We all know how easy it is to set up a new email address these days. Visit Gmail.com, type in your desired email address, create a password, and DONE! But before you run to Gmail to go set up your studio’s email address, I urge you to set up a personalized email address with your domain name.
Your time is valuable so spending hours writing, formatting, and sending emails that people aren’t going to open, read, and click on is not worth it. So, instead of continuing to waste our time writing emails no one opens, let’s write emails that people not only open, but CLICK on! (gasp!)
Let’s talk about segmenting your audience and, more importantly, why you need to segment your audience IMMEDIATELY. Segmenting your audience is the practice of tagging, categorizing, and/or grouping your audience based on their behaviors, preferences, and/or basic information.
